Polaris Therapy

I specialize in providing integrative support to clients looking to make a change. My preferred modality is DBT-informed care, but I have also been trained in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am currently only offering telehealth appointments. I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan PPO and traditional insurance. If you have a different insurance plan, I am happy to work with you on a sliding fee scale basis, or to generate a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. I am happy to meet with you to explain the process during a free consultation!
